Drop Off

How will drop-off work?

On your consignor homepage, you can select a 15 minute time slot that is convenient for you to come and drop off your items. Upon arrival, a Team Member will look over your items and ensure that all items meet our high-quality selling standards! They will be looking over your items for stains, tears, like-new conditions, in-season styles, working batteries, functioning parts, missing pieces, hung and tagged correctly, etc.

Please keep in mind that Team Members have the right to reject any items that don't meet our standards at drop off.

After inspection of your items, YOU will then place your items out on the sales floor.

Is there flexibility in my selected drop off time slot?

We want to make sure everything about our sale runs smoothly... for us, our consignors, and our shoppers. Prompt arrival at your scheduled drop off time will ensure for a smooth consignor drop off experience. Each 15 minute time slot will have anywhere from 3-10 consignors scheduled. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until consignors who arrived on time have been helped.

While we love promptness, also please understand that if you arrive early, there is a chance that a Team Member can assist you early but you may also have to wait until your scheduled time.

How will I know where to put my items out on the sales floor?

Orangization is KEY! Sorting your items based on categories, gender, and sizes will make drop off more seamless and quick. When you have your clothing items sorted, you can place them in a trash bag with the hangers poking out of the bottom of the bag. Totes and bags for transporting smaller items are also helpful.

How will I know where to put my items our on the sales floor?

After our Team Member has finished screening your items, they will explain where to set your items out on the sales floor. There will be Team Members out on the sales floor to assist you, if needed. We will also have signs posted EVERYWHERE!

What if I arrive at drop off and I have made mistakes?

Please don't fret! We are here to help! If you are a first time consignor, there are bound to be a few hiccups and Team Members are prepared to answer any of your questions. We will also have some supplies on hand should you need to fix anything once arriving at drop-off.

What happens if one of my items is rejected at drop-off?

Things happen and tears, stains, or replacing batteries can easily be overlooked when preparing your items at home. You are still the owner of your items up until a sale is made so you have the right to choose to either take your item home and fix the issue or to donate the item.
We will have bins for donations on site.

Are there any other "secrets" I should know about drop-off?

You didn't hear this from us but... when putting your items out on the sales floor, you *might* be taking the chance to sneak a quick peek at what other consignors are selling. Make some mental notes of goodies you want to snag!
